Welcome to Along the Path Ltd., the practice of Csaba Toke and Along the Path instructors, offering Along the Path workshops and courses, kinesiology, flower essence therapy, spiritual response therapy, ATP consulting, movement and massage therapy, and health and wellness coaching sessions (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By booking and attending a session, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Practitioner", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Csaba Toke and/or Along the Path Ltd.
- "Client", "you", and "your" refer to the individual receiving services.
- "Services" refer to all holistic health and wellness services listed above.
- "Website" refers to https://atpkinesiology.ie.
2. Scope of Services
We aim to help and assist you in aligning your energy to support holistic health and well-being so you can live a fulfilled and balanced life. Please note, our services are complementary and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent and may be required to attend the session.
4. Booking and Delivery
All sessions must be booked in advance. Sessions are conducted either in person or online, depending on your needs. You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS once the booking is accepted. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of the session. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer (via invoice). Please note that achieving long-term benefits may require multiple sessions.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own health and for notifying us of any health issues that may affect your session. To gain the full benefit of our work together, please:
- Arrive on time.
- Wear comfortable clothing (all sessions are conducted fully clothed).
- Inform us in advance of cancellations (see cancellation policy).
- Initial sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Follow-up sessions are approximately 1 hour, depending on your individual needs.
7. Practitioner Responsibilities
As a Complementary Medicine Professional certified by IICT, I maintain strict professional confidentiality and comply with the GDPR and guidance from the Irish Data Protection Commission. I am also bound by the IICT Code of Conduct, available via our website.
8. Right to Refuse your participation in our courses, workshops/h3>
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate your participation:
- You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Your behaviour is harmful for the other paricipants and you disturb the course or workshop.
- You did not attend voluntarily or we do not receive consent through muscle monitoring or intuitive checks.
- Your needs are outside our professional scope.
- You require medical advice before continuing.
9. Disclaimer
Our services aim to support energy balance and well-being. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. You are encouraged to consult your GP or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
10. General Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, if you need to cancel your workshop or course, please notify us at least 14 days in advance by phone or email (both listed on our website).
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice and we are unable to fill the course seat, you may be charged the full course fee with no return. We assess all situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
11. Respect and Conduct
Along the Path Ltd. maintains a respectful and inclusive practice space. Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
12. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please email us at info@alongthepath.life. We aim to respond within 10 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after our sessions.
14. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions and courses due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or internet outages affecting online sessions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
16. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as needed. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
